Kalon is a cajun born and raised and graduated from Acadiana High School. His hobbies include hanging with his wife, and 3 children, and going to the gym. With years of boxing experience, he may be a tough guy but he's got a heart of gold, and will be sure to make you feel welcome and handle all of your needs with the utmost professional care.

Mrs Sarah is a shining example of who we all aim to be. Selfless, patient, kind and giving. Mrs Sarah has been with us since the start and while you may not have had the opportunity or pleasure of meeting her, she knows each and every customer by name and is always there to make sure the transaction moves as smoothly as possible and your documents are handled in the utmost professional manner. She's a hard worker and doesn't mind helping us prep inventory, attend auctions with Mr Shawn or help organize the lot! We love her and she's a valuable member of our team. We couldn't do it without you!

Used Car Factory was established in 2004 by Shawn Englisbee, a veteran of the automotive industry for over 30 years. After gaining valuable knowledge of and insight to the world of automotive dealership by working as a sales associate, finance manager, sales manager, and Director of Finance, Mr. Englisbee decided to open Used Car Factory as a way to help his fellow Lafayette citizens find quality pre-owned vehicles at an affordable price. Mr. Englisbee used his in-depth understanding and hands-on experience to create what he called, “a great purchasing experience.” After organizing a well-informed staff, Mr. Englisbee opened the doors to Used Car Factory, giving the citizens of Lafayette and the surrounding area a unique and totally personalized experience.
